      Pros

      Supportive environment from peers and management (considering challenges around a hybrid, global work environment) Tools to succeed whether through onboarding, additional training and shadowing Clear growth path and sincere recognition of one's work

      Cons

      Missing closer work interactions with teammates and looking forward to going to the Madrid office as well as other offices more often in 2022 (this is largely out of the company's control and I believe that Celonis is handling return to office and hybrid work policies very well)

      A company that is really transforming businesses across the entire world

      Pros

      Being part of a transformational movement driven by an impressive technology is a once in a lifetime opportunity that Celonis provides. Adding to this, Celonis also created exceptional working conditions for their employees, providing a very healthy working experience both at office and remote work.

      Cons

      Celonis is in a fast growing cycle which causes employees to constantly need to adapt to new realities every day and in several dimensions such as business itself, technology evolution or internal organization. This isn't a critical issue but it takes additional energy.

      Pros

      I was impressed by the warm welcome and multi-diverse culture in Celonis. I loved the work environment, the joyfulness that is spread all around. The company values are taken down to each local team and they make you feel very comfortable in your daily tasks.

      Cons

      I believe that there is much improvement in all aspects of the company as we are in process of expanding. But I have the feeling that everything is listened up and if we need to fix any situation, it is done quite fast.
