      • I have the opportunity to work with large, interesting companies across a variety of industries • I work with hardworking and intelligent people • My days are all different, challenging, and sometimes exciting • We work to improve our team through promoting best practices and knowledge sharing • The $$$ is good and only getting better • You have ownership over what you do and have a significant degree of autonomy

      Cons

      • Some internal practices are not standardized/not communicated well, so things that corporations have 'figured out' Celonis is still working to get right • The standards for bonus compensation are still being worked on. This means your bonus really doesn't tie to what you do in your day-to-day for CVAs... yet • Our roles and responsibilities are in flux, so what it means to be a CVA could be different tomorrow • Hiring for leadership is occurring from the outside, so there are concerns related to upward mobility amongst our team

      Another team just got let go. That article saying it’s been “double digit” layoffs is pretty insulting.
