      Pros

      - Ability to work on impactful projects with some of the largest companies - A lot of responsibility is given to individuals early in career - Investment in tech skills for employees to learn and grow along with product - Great product and solid leadership team guiding the company - Great team and solid CVA community that enables learning and development opportuniteis

      Cons

      - Startup environment can sometimes lead to heavy staffing needs for CVAs and CVAs need to put in time to ramp up - Variable compensation is tied to metrics that are not completely reflective of day-to-day CVA staffing

      Challenging role but rewarding

      Pros

      •The product itself is great and provides customers immediate valuable insight. •You are consistently learning as you are able to work with multiple customers across various industries. •The CVA team is very collaborative, you have a lot of great resources. •The company is fast-paced and constantly evolving. It makes for a much more exciting experience.

      Cons

      •Due to high demand of CVA, new hires start customer work quickly. This can be overwhelming as you are still figuring out how to handle your role. •Not a standard 9-5. •Currently no 401-K contribution match

      Mixed Bag

      Pros

      Process mining consultants get a lot of independence, responsibility and exposure to senior level execs at our customers.

      Cons

      Not enough support from the company - sales makes promises that are very difficult to fulfill from a delivery perspective, the product team is not very accessible for technical support.
