      Interesting product and nice level of complexity, but the recent layoffs have had a very negative impact on motivation

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility, nice office and perks, some cool people, technically very interesting, competitive remuneration

      Cons

      The layoffs were badly communicated and managed. It is still not clear whats really going on and the lack of transparency and prospects is very demotivating. Also, too much talk and not enough action on sustainability. The company likes to believe it is "green", but actions often speak otherwise (e.g. business travel). At least, the problem is acknowledged as such, unlike other companies.

      Good People, Poor Leadership, No Career Growth.
