      Great place to work - 5 stars, but take note of what works before it doesn't

      Pros

      Product is incredible, smart peers, compensation/benefits, interesting work, offers an opportunity rarely found in the market.

      Cons

      Growing pains, particularly in CVA which has been in a period of plug and play leadership/direction since all leads are brand new. Must improve on diversity as we grow.

      Pros

      *Startup vibes *If you're driven, you have a lot of chances for promotion and to touch a lot of things. *I have only met nice and hardworking people.

      Cons

      *The only con I could see is that if you're wanting to stay silo'd, this is probably not the place for you. There is a ton of stuff to do on the I.T. side, so it can be an exciting journey if that motivates you but I understand some people enjoy their specific role and prefer not to go out of those bounds.

      A fantastic company and onboarding experience

      Pros

      Celonis recruiting is extremely efficient and the recruiters are genuinely passionate about the Company. The onboarding and training experience, once hired, was very well done ---especially considering it was all virtual. The diversity globally in just the 100+ in our training group was phenomenal -- so many people I got to meet across the globe, in multiple countries. While Celonis is a growing company, the level of maturity they have already established in their organization and processes is beyond impressive. Its definitely a rocketship and I'm so excited to be here!

      Cons

      No negatives thus far --- we are a fast/growing company so that brings with it the usual challenges but they are all good problems to have!
