      Pros

      I joined Celonis about 10 months ago and am happy I made the move. The company is growing at such an incredible rate that it provides career opportunity for every single employee. Our Co-founders also announced every employee will get stock in the company which is extremely exciting. Most of all, I've met incredible friends at Celonis and love the culture we've created!

      Cons

      We are experiencing growing pains which is natural for a company in hypergrowth mode. There also aren't a lot of processes in place but that was exciting for me as a candidate because it meant I could help implement them.

      Pros

      Incredible product that will revolutionize the process improvement game. Management has great vision. Strong product management team consistently outperforms in bringing game changing technologies to the market. Great growth professional opportunity for those that appreciate a challenge given the rapid growth of the US business.

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      There are few places where you can work side by side with top management and see your hard work impact the growth of the company right away. The culture is amazing. You feel as if Celonis is your company too, and not just a job! We come in each day with the same mindset. We all want to grow and be a part of something truly special.

      Cons

      In over a year of working at Celonis, I can't think of any cons.
