      Glad I made the move to Celonis

      Pros

      I am really amazed at the quality and passion of all the folks over here. Initial observations are there are a lot of really smart people coming over from top companies, who genuinely care that every one is given the opportunity to be successful. Sense of community, leadership transparency and vision is bright. I am happy I made the move (coming from another large tech firm) and really excited to be part of something this important and big in our industry and to be part of the growth.

      Cons

      Not everything is clearly defined, you must be comfortable thriving in a growth oriented company, and dealing with some ambiguity - which should be a prerequisite in my opinion to entry.
