      Terrible culture, not sales driven

      Pros

      Having equity is good but the problem is that the founders are completely out of touch with the value of their company.

      Cons

      CEO and Founders need to know that their product is not the only one in the industry, that the majority of their revenues were driven mainly by SAP and ServiceNow partnerships which are now defunct, and that their solution is not completely secure. More importantly, their sales engineering teams are very immature and don't have the business domain expertise to drive true business value for customers without the customer leading that charge.

      Solid place to work

      Pros

      Great people and solid culture. Really cool product with a lot of potential. Not always the easiest to sell despite its potential. Your experience at the company could really depend on your management. I would recommend working here to others.

      Cons

      Lack of career growth unless you’re willing to go lateral. They’re working to improve this but it’s still a work in progress.

      Pros

      We're literally changing the world for the better one process at a time. We use the latest tech and AI to deliver incredible value to our customers in weeks not years. We have a healthy culture, meaningful values, and respect for one another. We are a 15-year-old enterprise with a startup mindset. We move fast, work hard, and get to break things so we can improve. We are a hyperconnected team of global collaborators and problem solvers inspired by tackling difficult problems for governments and companies around the globe; and we succeed.

      Cons

      Not really any personally—advice though. The later you are in your career, the less headroom there is—so be mindful of that if you're not keen in an individual contributor role.
