      Pros

      My experience has been very positive so far. The culture feels positive, people are friendly and helpful. I also feel that I am surrounded by smart and driven people. Further, leadership is generally quite transparent and promotes open dialogue across the organization.

      Cons

      Pay at Celonis is good, but could be more competitive for a software company/NYC. Further, diversity across the leadership ranks leaves room for improvement - a stated priority of the company, though recent progress seems to have been mixed.
