Pros
Had a great interview experience. Talent acquisition and interview team was very nice and helpful throughout the process. The role I was pursuing was on program management side. Process included HR interview, manager interview, use case challenge presentation and interview by a panel and final interview. Absolutely loved live use case presentation challenge. It gave a glimpse of the product, live customer use case and the role. Loved the product and I think it is what the industry is waiting for to achieve value after investing millions into implementing enterprise application. My suggestion to aspirants on use case challenge and presentation is to go through provided training material and familiarize on it to do well.
Cons
Whole process is quite long. Took around 2 months. But helps to understand the product and role well in that time though.
