Cons

The current state of West Coast engineering appears to be in a state of disarray. I am unable to recall the number of reorganizations that have occurred and the frequency of relocations between product areas. It is really disheartening to witness the efforts you invest being discarded so rapidly, preventing you from experiencing a sense of accomplishment from your work. I am starting to look for another job now because I am truly disappointed. It seems to have turned into another Google where you work only to get promoted and once the project is over it is thrown in the trash.
