If someone want a company with good infrastructure than its good place. Work culture is good and it depends on the team in which you are in. Project Managers: There are few good people as well and it is great to be around them. They are accountable, assertive and communicate honestly.

Cons

Salary Hike is depend on nature of employee if they are people pleasant than get high hike. Work culture: People are orthodox. They use authority to abuse. Project Managers: Micromanage and pressure employee to match and follow their unreasonable standards of work hours, and frantic pace. Creates a climate of fear and tension. Intimidates, humiliates and bullies employees to the point that they feel undue stress and burnout.
