Except self learning there is no Pros. and they give opportunity to freshers. (so that they can hire in law salary). Good for fresher.

Cons

its 5 day working company. But most of Saturday you have to go office and there is no extra payment for that. after office hours they force you to sit more to work. As per market competition they that they can easily get new fresher employees, they force you to work 12 hours in a law salary. If you are married than your life and work will be unbalanced.

- recommended to fresher. - 5 days a week.

Cons

- salary / performance count is based on your setting hours. if you daily spent greater than 11+ hours then you defiantly growth in the company. - If you married person than possibility is higher to spoil your married life. - salary is not as per your work and ability. - rules and regulation change frequently. - Strict in incoming time. out going time is not fixed always 1-3 hours after official. - 7 leave + 3 restricted-you can not take restricted leave without solid reason.

Only for fresher it is good to learn up to 1 year

Cons

1. Very less salary 2. No performance based appraisal ( means fixed appraisal only for those who can work more than 11 hrs per day) 3. If you want to take leave you have to give reason with proof. 4. You want have any personal life 5. You can't speak to management anything. It's like boss is always right. 6. Management behavior will get changed if you resigned during notice period.
