Cons

manager doesn't confirm you and extend your notice period even if you are giving best performance , trying to show you down , manager are threating to his/her team members , its panic . manager have a attitude issues, low salary, never give credit to team members, if there should be mistake then directly showing you down in front of everyone. job security is just 0.0
