Pros

Great atmosphere on production floor, new lights, big fans, bright and very clean! Team works together very well! Monthly updates about company progress are and and the ESOP is a great way to build savings for retirement!

Cons

We need more people, a bit short handed!

Growing dynamic company that is building a unique viable product. The ESOP program is great if you can make a job at Cemen Tech a career.

The vision seems to continue to shift and may not be shared as well as upper management would like you to believe.

Pros

It was close to home, the hours were decent.

Cons

The management was terrible. The would change managers all the time and have people work in areas they didn’t know anything about. No room for advancement.
