The company was not competitive with salary or benefits. They didn’t have many holidays, and compared to other subs, there wasn’t room for improvement.

Worked as subcontractor. Easy to deal with management. Hands of in a contracted setting works well with any issues, resolves quickly.

Cons

Slightly lower than average pay for the area, but good benefits package and management make up for shortfalls.
