No guarantee hours for full-time employed

this company is one of the most disorganized and clicky companies I have ever worked for the routinely promote people into positions they are not qualified for basing their promotions solely off of who the individual is friends with rather than their experience and performance. while working for cencore they swept multiple serious security violations under the rug because the site manager liked the individual committing them but immediately fired a new hire for a lesser infraction. They pay bellow industry standards while simultaneously giving their corporate team members large bonuses every year. Overall I would not recommend working for this company as they will not hesitate to throw you under the bus or put you in a tough position. I quit when my manager told me if I didn't come in 2 days after my son died I would be let go or have my hours cut because I wasn't capable un providing the services the customer required.
