Team culture is second to none. Training is on point. This is a place you make a career with if you want a rewarding, yet challenging career.

Cons

Not really a con, but there is ALOT to learn and a steep learning curve. In saying that, no one expects you to be up and running in 90 days either. They have patience and are willing to put in the time with you to learn everything

A lot of time off during the summer because schools are out Decent 401k plan with 3% matching Autonomy and independence

Cons

A lot of upper management involvement due to distrust of middle management and anxiety over sales Goals are unreasonable and not adjusted based on market trends
