      Direct management is good and flexibility

      Cons

      Top leadership lacks communication. Layoffs continue to happen across the organization. Promotions are not fairly awarded. Limited career growth. Used to be a great place to work and spent over 10 years with the organization but with recent changes from the investment group, it’s been a continuous change in culture. Low pay for workload.

      After over a decade of working with some of the most amazing people, who where smart, driven, and passionate the soul of the company has been completely crushed by management accountants.

      Cons

      I literally have PTSD from many, many rounds of layoffs and restructures. All the good people are mostly gone and replaced by folks who have no idea how get anything done, so it’s all just talk and meetings SO MANY MEETINGS!
