* interesting field...digital book publishing * flexibility at work * good products * interesting business model and industry differentiator

Cons

* so many layers of management with each layer adding absolutely nothing except more stress for employees * leadership and managers just care about the bottom line and can't understand why employees wouldn't want to kill themselves to make investors and leadership more money * no long term vision....architecture and product strategy is a total mess but they don't care because they are just looking for short term sales growth
