Pros
Good pay, good benefits...at least before the bankruptcy.
Cons
The operation is being run by mangers with few years experience as managers and no experience running operations in some markets. Some of the Sales Directors take great pride in "managing- up" to their bosses instead of finding ways to win new business for people in the field. Constant lay-offs over the last year has stripped the company of most people who were successful and knew how to get things done. No real technology product development and the product that they do have is not ready for wide distribution.
