      Pros

      Great training, good rapport with colleagues, and I am very happy with my manager, who has been very approachable and genuinely interested in helping me succeed.

      Cons

      I wish that the compensation plan would be more clear. Also, the product line is extremely large at this juncture. It can be difficult to manage.

      Pros

      You can learn a lot there and the benefits are better than most big companies I have checked out. Working conditions and the HR department are superb. I have had great bosses, but sadly it seems the better the boss the sooner they get canned.

      Cons

      How management uses and then discards its middle and upper management employees is beyond description. If you don't mind never knowing when you will be kicked to the curb, go ahead and get a job there and then accept the promotions. I have watched too many valuable bosses be lauded one day and be out the door the next. That's why I am not interested in being promoted. I like what I do, but I don't like my employer.

      some of the people at the company are actually friendly and easy to approach

      Cons

      lack of work life balance hours worked are watched and tracked informally very infrequent feedback from management (once a year) lack of managing skills from upper management management unwilling to "invest" in the growth of employees selfish and self centered management
