      In ASIA HE you need to find favor with management. No matter how talented or hard-working you are. No transparency and you need to be in someone's good shoes to survive. Even if you have good ideas that is beneficial for the company, it will not taken into consideration and if you are not Chinese survival rate is ZERO. Management will find ways to get you out from the organization and encourages gossips and never do proper investigations based on facts. So if you are different race and you are fighter to do right things think before you enter. Otherwise you will be labelled as someone who has attitude problem.
