Pros
Very flexible work schedule. Very autonomous work life--not micromanaged at all.
Cons
This used to be a great company but has changed dramatically since being acquired. Company is unstable since going public--very good talent has left the company. Most employees are concerned for the future. Salaries are low in comparison to other companies within the publishing industry. Sometimes management is too "hands off"--often you would like more support/ help in the field.
