      Pros

      The pay and benefits are decent, but not the best out there.

      Cons

      1. They hire warm bodies, so the few people who actually know what they're doing are left holding the bag. 2. The executives are only focused on expansion instead of getting the current business to fully operate. 3. Work life balance does not exist. 4. If you want to work from home, you are a pariah. You will not be afforded promotion opportunities, period.

      Pros

      There really are none to speak of.

      Cons

      Two years of >7% inflation during a pandemic and this company grants a 3% "cost of living increase". They have effectively given everybody below VPs a 10% pay cut during the pandemic while cleaning house on Medicare sales. They act like they care about employees but their actions are loud and clear -- you are nothing more than a peon here. There is absolutely no indication at all that a new CEO will help. This now a multinational juggernaut that flies a giant banner about caring for people while doing the opposite for the people that make it happen. Sold all my stock and I am leaving. It is unconscionable.

      You will get paid and they have fun employee engagement activities.

      Cons

      The employment engagements are fun but its only a cover up for the constant mental abuse and pettiness the managers put their employees through. The culture of leadership is toxic. If your plans for your career are not the plans your manager have for you you will be blackballed. The same people are constantly promoted and while the real true talent sit with no growth and no one to truly develop them.
