Pros
Some great people at this company that is bogged down by silos and exec level egos.
Cons
My experience: -Execs that abuse power and employees. When reporting this abuse, management does nothing until you have already moved on. -If a prerequisite for a job is self starter that shouldn't mean your boss and senior team members are hands off (i.e. they only give you minimal training on industry and then just PDFs for everything else as well as no shadowing of senior team members whatsoever) -If you are salaried, expect to work long hours and weekends. They will say that only a typical 8-9 hour shift is necessary, however, there were days you will work over 12
