      Unorganized chaos and threats. Poor Management and the supervisor are on a power trip. Insurance here is sky-high. They blame reorganization on being a "startup". Highly educated individuals are not promoted or valued. The PC role individuals are treated like they are less than—no room for growth. Literally, you will get rejected for every job you apply for. This company more specifically Delaware First Health is rocky. Just had a major layoff where employees were left in the dark.

      No care for employees, mass layoff leaked fired 2000 employees the month of Christmas Unattainable metrics Constant application issues, slow IT HD times All analyst are not on the same accord as far as processing claims Unbelievable and disgrace by this company

      The pros are remote work. That’s it.

      Cons

      Where do I begin. There have been 2 rounds of layoffs this year and more to come next year. The workload is high. Management rarely gives out feedback of good things done, mostly criticisms. They removed the floating holiday. Constant email reminders to contribute to United Way with incentive a measly extra 4 hours of PTO if goal reached.
