Management was not the definition of what a manager should portray. The work environment was very childish and unprofessional. Do not work there if you are somehow disabled (they tend to laugh at you behind your back), and if you're from a different culture, they will give you a dirty look.
Leadership was a joke, and managers only cared about their favorite people. All they cared about were metrics and numbers.
They were careless about how the employees adjust or feel. The employees' opinions were worthless.
The workplace culture was "never say anything to anyone" or ”never complain to anyone,” as the accusation will be taken out of context and reported to HR.
HR never takes your side. The employees were encouraged to tattle on one another to HR.
I left because I didn't particularly appreciate how I was treated by my manager and felt her attitude towards me gave me no job security. My manager was a bully.
