      1) Pay is competitive 2) vacation has been improved (18 days)

      Cons

      1) IT is slow to get anything done at times; They take "agile" to a new level where they basically work in chaos most of the time with little coordination across teams or applications. 2) Too much weight on job titles and not enough weight on tasks...having to have your boss contact somebody elses boss to get anything done is not efficient.
