      Benefits were ok. Time off could be better.

      Cons

      Absolutely poor leadership and close to zero training. My direct leader never seems available and no one ever puts in a full day because we're all remote. Everyone in my department is miserable due to insufferable and unknowledgeable leadership. C-suite needs to go through every state and assess these directors and their managers. There is little care for the patients. Very disheartening experience.

      Remote Lots of external training options Believes in self-care, so 30 minutes are set aside daily for relaxation. Big on morale and interactions with leadership

      Cons

      Big Brother company vibe. Despite your experience, it's who you know to get hired. Underqualified leads will be your managers, so if you have more experience in the work field, or education, its not looked at for promotions. Promotions are rare, unless you know the right people. Not off on most holidays. Insurance plans are expensive.
