Pros

Good base pay, reasonable sales quotas. Leaders are not micromanaging. Being able to work from home for a real salary is a huge advantage. The commute is literally into the office, a relaxing lunch and continue the day. Management are mostly millennials which is both good and bad.

Cons

Management is mostly younger people. Not all bad but it can be a bit "rah rah rah!!!" by celebrating every advancement with a never ending email chain of " "congratulations" while you are trying to concentrate with a member. It is very meeting heavy, I think we are all able to learn from reading the PowerPoint without someone reading it to me. Meetings at least once a day to cover material that could easily be communicated in an email. These are all very minimal cons, overall it is a great company to work with. I enjoy offering quality health care options to Medicare recipients and helping them know how to use their plan to get the most from it,
