      Remote, Good Benefits, and Competitive pay.

      Cons

      Once you reach management level, there is a better chance of leaving the company and coming back later to get a higher position than hoping to be moved up internally. Unless you are lucky enough to have the right connections, you will be by-passed by extenal hires with less experience.
