      Pros

      Clean spaces for children. They do a great job creating educational and engaging material for the kids in all age groups.

      Cons

      This employer was consistently understaffed.

      We think this may be a review for the wrong place as we do not hire teachers as we are a behavioral health program. We also do not create materials for children in that way - we are in LaPlata MD if that helps

      Interesting work if you enjoy family therapy.

      Poor management, minimal room for growth.

      This is a specific evidenced based family therapy program. Sometimes when people are in specialized programs especially with evidenced based practices and the team is small there is in reality not growth room unless staff are willing to relocate to other offices as the division/program in Annapolis is very small.
