constant changing of policy and program lack of support from upper management little PTO and heavy consequences if you need additional time off

Working with people and helping change lives.

Cons

Exec. Leadership micromanage and do not listen to feedback from the team. CEO is rude and unreasonable. Very little training for new staff. PTO accrual is ridiculous unfair by not. Exec dont teach and encourage the team.
