      Pros

      Great pay, great company, and a lot of helpful individuals in upper management. Honestly I love it here, considering the job I came from.

      Cons

      Don't earn a lot of PTO in one month, which really sucks, and they only offer one place for medical and it is super expensive considering how big your family is.

      The staff works hard to meet the requirements of the company

      Cons

      The company does not care about their participants it just how many people that are in the program that matter, they do not care about how to help the individual and their drug addiction. Don't work there! Money is good but money is not everything. They say they promote from within but that is not true.

      Counseling work and working with clients

      Cons

      Management all management from directors up to executives. Zero care for staff. Human Resources doesn’t keep any matters quiet and informs executives who inform directors. Cheap selfish company.
