Pros

CCR is a good place to work. Employee Growth is based off of core values. CCR promotes from within. I'm a perfect example. I went from the bottom of the company to higher up. It would appear that some of the reviews here are from former employees who have been let go for one reason or another. The reviews are definitely biased. CCR definitely treats their employees fairly, so if someone was let go it was for good reason. From working at CCR for over 8 years, I can tell you that it's not exactly easy to get fired, and you are given ample opportunity to fix any issues by management.

Cons

There really are no Cons. Their procedures could be a bit better in certain departments but that is a never ending issue. At one point some employees were highly negative and it was effecting the company and several departments. CCR has gotten better at letting employees go that are not adhering to their core values or are causing issues with clients and service.

Pros

Family oriented IT driven company You get to work with in several different industries ranging from industrial to financial.

Cons

Management seems to be disconnected at times. Hours can be long. 8 to 5 with 1 hour unpaid.

Pros

The team mates you work with are great. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you out if needed. There are company events spread throughout the year that are fun and well planned.

Cons

If you want to work for a company that will allow you to grow and be part of their growth, I don't recommend this company. They have been going through growing pains for the past 5 years and the decisions that are made day after day only show that they plan to keep it that way. Promises will be made by management to both you the employee and the clients you support, and they will not be followed through on. After the first few months you will setting into a stagnating environment where mediocrity is the norm and the extra effort made is ignored. There are many tech companies out there, I recommend you save this one as a last resort.
