Pros

Fun work atmosphere and everyone is very helpful and easy to get along with. don't listen to the disgruntled reviews, CCR really is a great place to work. Sure, are there issues? Yes. Just like every other place. But the good far out weighs the bad. CCR does a TON of employee activities, trips, parties, lunches, etc. Management is involved and understanding. They even give bonuses which is like unheard of these days. If you work hard here, you are rewarded. CCR also hires from within and with all the recent growth, we've had a ton of employees move up within the company.

Cons

nothing that I feel really needs to be mentioned here. The bad is small things but its not anything that would make anyone not want to work here.

Pros

-Competitive pay -Perfect place to start if you want to get your foot in the door of the IT world -Ownership is great as well as the managers -Many bright minds to learn from -Great hours -Passionate about technology -Passionate about their clients

Cons

I worked here for a little over 3 years and I have not one negative thing to say

so many things wrong

Pros

you can work as slow as you want because there is such a lack in management

Cons

you have to beg for a review, then no mention of a raise. You have to have another job offer to get a raise. Techs have been there for 3+ years without a raise or review lack of management lack of training on the software used for remote management and ticketing lack of accountability lack of documentation and information on clients lack of information in tickets pertaining to client issues lack of processes, standards, and procedures tickets get closed with no information at all, so there's no tracking of issues or resolutions the sales people have no technical knowledge, and sell solutions they know nothing about tickets sit for hours, sometimes days without being touched (client not being contacted) most level 2 techs here should be considered level 1 mandatory lunch and learns about applications that the techs should already be pretty knowledgeable about
