Pros

-great coworkers -fun working with the kids -flexible hours

Cons

-horrible management -barely any training -don't feel supported - the upper levels will Teams video chat you during session to monitor you instead of actually showing up to the house... it is not very effective

- Get to be one on one with families and build a relationship with them as we go through their individualized programs

Cons

- Driving from different clients (having the option to work with them virtually if needed)

If you don't get enough hours, you can sub for other behavior specialists and work with other clients to get more hours.

Cons

It can be confusing of what is expected as every clinical leader is different.
