I worked here for over a year and can say I walked away with to a completely better environment. The company was completely unorganized and very deceitful behind doors. I worked closely with upper management and witnessed unethical, immoral, and negative environments throughout my time. The CEO and Program Supervisors openly talked down on families behind there backs and did not go into these homes for the right reason.

Poor communication, overworked supervisors, unqualified higher management staff, unethical practices, poor staff training.
