      My whole experience has been great from 1st applying to working with my kiddos.

      I wish I had more time to work with more kiddos but I have school too.

      Pros

      -Learned a lot about ABA Therapy and Natural play-based techniques -I loved all the interactions I had with the kiddos on my caseload -Phenomenal support by supervisors who really encouraged me to be more creative and to pursue my Masters in Psychology.

      Cons

      -Sometimes the caseload would get hectic -Miscommunication with expectations to grow professionally at times

      Good for part-time. Solid pay (driving reimbursement included) Training from Supervisors and Trainers is sufficient Office Culture was kind, supportive of career growth Program Supervisors really are helpful when first starting as a therpist Certification trainingss offered and compensated by CSD

      Cons

      Enrolling in Master's program is required for promotion Quality of the job highly dependent on which clients you are placed with. ABA therapy is monotonous, and the company does not always provide enough incentive for BSs to stay due to the slow progression of therapy with same clients for several months/years
