Great customer service to families we serve, employees are treated with respect and are honored for their hard work! Great teamwork, feels like a family, fun environment, lot's of hard workers but we enjoy our atmosphere here!

I honestly have none, this company has been the best company I have ever worked for!

Flexible hours, team building, opportunities to lead as well as opportunities to follow a leader. Ability to be creative and come up with ideas that are frequently integrated.

Cons

Slightly difficult to move up, Masters Degree required. However, they help you get started with your Masters program and you can be in a management position while getting your Masters degree. Behavior Specialists are part-time hourly and do not get benefits
