      - The employees here are all very happy to be here and are always super friendly. - The CEO is a real down to earth guy with a very approachable demeanor. - The training provided is very informative and there are always people around to offer help. - They love taking input and advice on ways to make the company better at what it does. They actually encourage it. - They cover 100% Medical, Dental and Life insurance for their full-time employees

      Pros

      CSD provides a rich learning environment and opportunities to grow with the company. If you love working with children, this is the place for you. The compensation is great, very supportive supervisors, clinical directors, and management team. Having worked at other companies, I know the changes that CSD implements are to streamline the work flow to make things easier on their employees. People who are very rigid or inflexible, tend to have a difficult time adjusting and fail to see the big picture.
