Pros

Amazing families and kids, nice management, good base pay

Cons

Constant changing schedule, LOTS of driving, little training, Directors don’t know what they’re doing, no benefits, barely any compensation, constant stress, to much to do

Pros

You get to watch as kiddos master their behavioral goals. You have to come up with fun ways to entertain kids in home or community settings while implementing learning opportunities.

Cons

If you miss any of your scheduled sessions, it is mandatory that you make up those sessions in addition to your regular ones. For example; if you miss a week's worth of sessions (totaling 20 hrs), you have to find a way to make up all of those hours while also working your new hours. I'm not sure what their policy is on this now, but I had to make up missed hours before the month ended, which turned a part-time job into a full-time job.
