Communication is Key

Pros

- Pay was more than the recruiter had offered - Company pairs you with a "mentor" to help you navigate your first couple of months -kids are fun!

Cons

- Communication could be better especially for new hires. -training for CL's should be more intensive because you need to train parents and Behavior Specialists - Not being able to bill for most of the work you do because of insurance reasons.

Pros

-Overall this is a pretty good company if you want to get started in the field of behavior health. -The training is really thorough and allows you to get your RBT -The pay is okay but the work is rewarding

Cons

-If you are not some one that likes driving, do not work here or as a behavior technician as you are required to drive to each of your client's homes -Job can feel lonely and stressful since you are working by yourself most of the time -Do not really feel part of the company sometimes
