      Pros

      Everyone who works with you or is above you is super friendly and I feel like they really want you to succeed. They also give you a lot of support and training when it comes to your clients. Also you get reimbursed for driving time and mileage (past your local CSD center anyway) which makes the long drives to clients worth it.

      Cons

      Scheduling department can be a little slow. They just hired someone else so hopefully that'll help speed things up on that end.

      Not enough training and sometimes it feels like we don't get paid enough for the work that we do

      Pros

      Great coworkers and very warm family at the work place. Also got reimbursement for gas and travel time, which is really good!

      Cons

      Downsides are drives are too long for short work times each day (3/4 hours). Clients' houses are not public-transport accessible.
