      Unfortunately There isn’t one Pro

      Cons

      Not a good company to work for. They are unprofessional when it comes to communicating with employees and there’s uncertainty with you getting hours. They will also lie and say there’s children that need RBT’s in your area but will send employees 45min-1hr away. When I first started they added an address of a restaurant instead of a client’s address near my home needing RBT’s & had me wait weeks before communicating with me about getting an actual client. They will make you regret working with them.

      I feel valued by my direct supervisors and communication with scheduling is timely

      Cons

      there can be a lot of back and forth with scheduling and getting time off because it is patient treatment and we deal with insurance
