Pros

Most of the employees genuinely work hard and strive to deliver competent services.

Cons

Billable expectations at higher positions exceed industry norms. Moreover, hours were not adjusted for length of month, whether 28 in February or 31 in December. Also, not adjusted for holidays, so you basically work all holidays or work 12 hour days leading up to them.

Work from home Tuition support Freedom

Cons

Low pay, company has high turnover, it’s an aba 3 tier system company. The systems broken they’re doing the best they can but yeah the system is broken for all health care but especially behavior healthcare. Insurance companies are evil.

Ability to make your own schedule for the most part

Cons

Constant cancellations and decreased pay for drive time really affects hours and makes hours inconsistent.
