Decent pay and benefits. Dedicated, caring co-workers. Supportive boss.

Cons

Poor leadership from the top. Unclear directives. For example, new initiatives are often implemented in a haphazard way. Details such as who is owning the initiative, potential problems, etc. do not appear to have been planned out. Complete lack of transparency. No communication from upper management about the direction of the organization. Low morale, layoffs of essential staff.

Poor UPPER MANAGEMENT and it shows through many depts. that don't do their jobs well and there are no consequences. This is one of the main reasons this company is bleeding money and exhausting ways to save it.
