Constant CEO changes, current one is not in touch with reality, refuses to see what's really going on with the staff. No opportunity for growth unless you're in the " in" crowd. People get promoted if you're a good politician. Majority of the time, they hire the most incompetent managers who lack skills on so many levels, have no clue what the job entails, very strange why this is. Staff turnover is so frequent, it's dizzying. Huge increase in number of new members recruited through questionable means without the staff to support them. Even before pandemic, record keeping was a constant mess with lots of errors, minimal to no training, low morale, and doing the work of 2 or 3 people is a given . No one seems to know what their actual job function is, daily chaos. I'm surprised they're still in business. Matter of time before they get major fines from government.........again
