Pay was good as long as you got enough units and meet productivity. New director came in January and things took a turn for the worse

Not enough units weekly for nurse in the South Charlotte Office; good clinical managers bad upper management

Pros

Diverse staff, good work life balance, not a bunch of drama. No job is perfect.

Cons

Too many employee call outs, early outs and late arrivals with no accountability, no consequences. So employees with good attendance are constantly covering trying to do their own work and that of the one they are covering. It's extremely tiring and frustrating. Will lead to good employee burn out.
